  Store 1998 on highland and sterling, yesterday I went inside the lobby to order some pollo bowls but I needed to wash my hands, I asked the girl by name mjrasol for the restroom and she said that it was outside I asked her if I needed a key or tokens she told me they were unlocked, I went outside and the restrooms were locked I went back and I told her they were locked she gave me the dirty look and said that I needed the key, so she lied from the beginning, another female employee went outside and opened the restroom for me, same girl who opened the restroom took my order she was professional and courteous, Then I got my food I asked to speak with the manager "JORJE" and he was worse than marisol kind of swept it under the rug and ignored me, I knew they lacked training or just don't care about certain customers, With this kind of attitude from the employees some customers won't come back, food is GOOD , but service is BAD I hope marisol and horge get better training, Thanks a lot.

  I asked them double chicken and charge me for the extra chicken when I got home this what I got!!! El pollo loco is this your extra chicken?
