While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. At El Pollo Loco in San Bernardino,CA, we believe that when real food meets real fire the result is great taste that will keep you coming back again and again.

- VCVale- ClinicalNutritionAnalystOct 17, 20261.0I ordered the new green enchilada bowl and paid extra for additional Jack cheese and avocado slices, but the order didn’t reflect what I paid for. There was only one avocado slice, and the extra Jack cheese seemed missing. The chicken was mostly thigh meat, no noticeable breast meat, and the bowl felt hastily put together. I requested cilantro dressing when leaving, but the payment stayed pending, and I understand that part didn’t go through. Still, for the price, I expected better quality and accuracy. I wouldn’t recommend this item based on my experience.

- JJJessicaSep 5, 20261.0I went to order inside today and had to use the restroom and got the code from one of the workers and when I went to the bathroom the lady who saw me literally enter the bathroom kept trying to open the door while I was in there, I started yelling I am in here I am in here she kept trying to open the door aggressively, when I came out she was smiling but didnt even look at me. It was so disrespectful, embarrassing ill never come here again.
