It takes a ridiculous amount of time to get items via drive thru. If there's 3 cars ahead of you plan for at least 20 minutes of waiting in line. I estimated 5 minutes per car to get order.

We always have such a great experience here all staff is always so friendly but today we had an exceptionally good experience with David at the window! He was super friendly and made sure to go above and beyond to brighten our day

That the lines are always long, says something about how much people love their coffee. The line went pretty quick this last time. I’ve only recently been turned on to this place by my sister. You get a free medium drink when you download the app. I love frappachinos from SB, so I have been buying a different of their blended freeze drinks each time I go. So far, the Golden Eagle is my favorite, but I also love the caramel pumpkin brûlée and the Caramelizer. My husband loves the banana freeze. Luckily for me, there are two locations close to me. I haven’t been to SB since I got the Dutch bros app.

Is it normal to wait 30 minutes for a coffee?

Not worth the 42 min wait!! Drive thru wasn’t moving so unfortunately I decided to go to the walk up. Much slower, it seem they only had 2 employees working only 1 per window making the order as the took the order. They did have about 15 other employees meeting up and one by one came to the window to great the other employees or use the tablet only adding to the waiting time. Music was loud, employee had to repeat the name as no one could hear what he was saying. The only reason I was extremely patient was because it was obvious it was this employees first day as he kept looking at the recipe and questioning the taste as he kept asking the customers to try it before they left the window. Never again.
