- NNnerf or nothingJun 10, 20261.0Always expect a 30+ minute wait because people can’t wait their turn. Not sure if it’s the LB not explaining which car you’re supposed to follow or people simply not caring. I’m a 1000% sure the wait is simply that people mess up the line. I barely recommend order ahead for this location. W 2nd (small lot btw) and Alabama locations seem to be more efficient with getting their drinks out. This location is convenient if you’re out shopping or work in the offices in the area but man that wait! Edit: the girls at the window were straight up talking and chatting for a while before actually starting my order or greeting me. There’s also no urgency to the people making the drinks at the window.

All to just scoop out the wrong thing and add it. Worst Dutch Bros I’ve gone to drinks never come out looking the same. Yellow drink was suppose to have a coconut float nowhere to be seen and the other was half just syrup.

There was 5 cars in front of me and I love the zig zag method they provide but when the employees let cars pass by in front of someone who already had their order taken just doesn’t make sense to why they promote the zig zag method if they just let cars cut others that were already serviced. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but second time I won’t be coming back. Very unprofessional. If you want to wait 45 mins for a drink or more go ahead. The black car that is on the right was behind me and another car and should of waited just like what the zig zag method is supposed to do

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
