    Today I went to Dutch Bros and I was waiting in the right lane before the menu and a girl with orange hair/brown hair in a hair clip. I believe her name is Melanie looked at me, looked at the iPad and walked back inside soooo rude…..and I let the other girl know that Melanie didn’t take my order and she said oh we thought you were a pick up order But I was in line waiting. the sweet guy in the front, his name is Will or William asked me how my day was very talkative. He was amazing very sweet.

    Today, we decided to go get a refreshing dream.When we got there , we ordered our stuff , it took about almost thirty minutes to get arch drink end the Food When they gave us the drink , it was watered down , didn't have no flavor when?\n We told the people at the window that it was watered down. There was no flavor if they could make it again, they were giving attitude, saying that they had just made it when we seen it sitting there for a while. When we asked them if they could make another one, it still didn't have no flavor the girl and the guy were very upset because we asked them if they could remake it from waiting in line over 30 minutes. Usually, they don't take this long to make the drinks, but they had us waiting for a long time. Their customer service needs to be more better not giving attitude to the customers. I have seen 3 cars leave because of how much of the wait time it was\n On the other hand the people that had took our order on the outside. While driving up, they were really nice and patient with us.Even though it's really hot , the ones that work inside me need to have more respect and not attitude

    I loved the cordially of the staff. And theb911 coffee is better than any coffee from Starbucks wich I tried before

    Got a really great cup of coffee here! Staff was cheerful and friendly. But it's walk up/drive up only. There's not even a chair outside to sit down on and enjoy your beverage so something to be aware of.
