  Pésimo servicio al cliente, se solicito ayuda para llenar el pedido por app y la empleada fue grosera al contestar que ella estaba ocupada. No es culpa del cliente que no tengan el personal suficiente para atender la sucursal. Cuándo se le solicito su nombre de empleada y se le dijo que si solo por haberle hablado en español no ayudó y se le hablo en inglés cambio un poco la actitud. Definitivamente deben tener gente mejor preparada con mejor actitud y servicio al cliente. 09/06/25 al rededor de las 8 pm.

  Great food, and delivery guy was awesome. Too bad customer service is bad. They "forgot" my wings and I called twice only to be hung up on. Called again and they offered to deliver them again as well as a complimentary brownie, but didn't arrive after a whole HOUR. So I called once more, waited on hold for up to ten minutes and they finally answered only to place me on hold again and they hung up! Good luck getting them to answer your call. Food is good.
