- SSSusiJTAug 23, 20261.0The environment could be better. There doesn’t seem to be good teamwork between the employees, and people don’t seem willing to help each other when the location gets busy. For example, one server was handling many customers and asked a coworker for help, but he refused because he was doing notes. She was left trying to serve many people on her own. There was also an interaction with another employee when she asked if there were carnitas, and his response and attitude were rude and unhelpful. Overall, this location seems to need more employees and better teamwork. Having enough staff and creating a more supportive environment would make a big difference for both employees and customers.

- SPStephanie PalaciosAug 14, 20264.0Food is Fresh and Great Polite staff But the Music is way to loud I had to repeat my self so many times and I had to ask the server to speak up Various times because of the Music I addressed it to her.. and she apologized for the inconvenience but at the end of the day its not her Fault ..... its the Management Any good manager is wheel aware To best serve customer you must be able to hear them . As loud music can cause the servers conflict with customers, as some Customers are not as polite and understanding. As other and its not servers Fault they can't hear them with such loud music planning in the back. JUST LOOKING OUT FOR THE SERVERS AS I WAS ONCE A SERVER TO CUSTOMERS CAN GET VERY RUDE IF they had to repeat them self alot do to Load music makes then get agitated

I have carefully curated my order and it's just not possible without queso. I had to regrettably decline continuing building my bowl. I'll try again another time🤞🏾
