  Decided to head to this location being that they just opened. Local but disappointed. When my husband and I walked in the place was fairly empty however, the honey chicken was almost gone. The server gave me the last scraps of it. Gave my husband fresh honey chicken which I did not know they had in the back. Had to ask for more chicken which she gave me more old chicken. Got the last of the fajitas veggies and the last of the guacamole. Everything was old and gone. My husband and son was not able to get guacamole, and some how all the workers where then on the line when at first it was just the 1 server asking questions at the same time. I can only answer 1 question at a time. It seemed they were just hovering over my son's open burrito which any thing can drop in it, then they had a very difficult time folding the burrito. I was very excited about this local new establishment opening but looks like we will have to go back to traveling to get the service we are due and pay for.

  I love chipotle but I’m really disappointed with this experience. The amount of guacamole added was extremely small for a $3 extra charge, and no one informed us beforehand that the cilantro lime sauce would also cost extra. Customers should be clearly told about additional charges before items are added to the bowl. On top of that, I ordered a vegetarian bowl but was charged for chicken instead. They really need to improve their customer service and billing accuracy. Since they just opened in our area, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be going back. I ordered food for 99$ but no worth.

  UPDATE: The door closest to most parking spots is an exit only and locked from the outside. Enter through the doors by the outside dining area. They are fast with serving you food. The quality of the food is great and the atmosphere is lively. There dine in and parking lot are small. Just be aware it might be difficult getting in and out of this location and once you're inside it might be difficult to find a spot to sit at.

  Chips were stale and chicken portion was a half a scoop for the bowl. Parking lot is small and inconvenient
