I found a roach in my food, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. When I called to report it, the employee who answered, Mariah, was very off-putting and seemed to treat the situation as if it were normal, which made things even worse. There was no urgency or concern shown. Cleanliness and customer service should be a priority. Check your food!
