  It was terrible I will drive to Rancho From now on…waiter couldn’t remember anything I asked another girl if she was knew she said no she’s been here for a long time. Yea she was nice not rude friendly just her mind was elsewhere. If your going to smoke before your shift wash your hands and drink some cold water you walked by my table 4 times and said if I forgot your stuff oh I forgot oh I forgot you stopped at one table to talk to your friends when all I wanted was a to go top fries were stale thank you tot he black guy who immediately went a grabbed my kids some fresh ones but yea I would give a negative 6 if I could

  Places a order for take out gave them enough time to the order read I arrive the order is ready with the wrong items I order traditional wings in which I got boneless wings had to wait an extra 20 minutes

  Always an issue when you order takeout , if you want your food to be on a certain time place the time to be 20 minutes ahead of time . Every time I go here the food is not the issue its the service typically with hostess or To go area. At first I thought it was because they are busy or maybe we came during a game day which is very chaotic. Why do I always have to wait 10 minutes at minimum to even be acknowledged ? A simple " Hi we will be right with you " would suffice. Sadly you can tell staff does not work as a team to be hospitable to their customers. In all actuality if you come to dine in the service is usually pretty good but if you are just walking in and picking up or placing an order GOOD LUCK , you will leave very irritated. All of this to say I placed a $100 LUNCH ORDER and checked it myself the best I could , still came back with things missing. Seemed like no one was able to help me to begin with I was not even remotely acknowledged for at least 10-15 minutes got there at 12:50pm ( time my food was supposed to be ready) did not even speak to anyone until 1:05pm left within a few minutes to still have the order wrong. At this point Idk why I keep going back lol I must love the disappointment .

  The host was very negative before we even for asked for a table. She didnt greet us, and told us the wait time was 45min to 1hr. We wanted to wait but then she started to talk, her attitude was rude. I no longer wanted to wait bc of her customer service. My husband and I were talking to see what other restaurants we have near us, and she just barged into our conversation. I understand that it was busy but you should still be able to maintain common courtesy.

  I order the 20 wings on the app at the location explain to the girl at the counter that I wasn’t able to chose the flavors she said don’t worry I’ll write down and give it to the kitchen when the order came up wrong she blame me on me and said that I need it to reorder because she couldn’t just have them remake ask for my refund and she said fill this paperwork I called the manager and he said he was too busy to refund my money he’ll do it later at no point he offered to fix my order or. Showed any concern if I did or didn’t get my order this location is just a circus running by a bunch of clueless clowns
