  Only asked for Arby’s sauce in the drive thru on Sept 26. She handed it to me wrapped in a napkin so I just put it straight in the bag. I should not have to check if what you handed me was actually Arby’s sauce. It is a simple request. I get home an hour away and she gave me a handful of ketchup. Not sure if she was too lazy to go open a new box or what happened. If you’re out, just tell the customer. However, the customer service over one simple request was pathetic.

  This is the way i got my L size milkshake. Thank you, but i will never come back!!!! And yes, sweep and wash those dirty, sticky floors finally. They should be clean by 10 a.m., not covered in dirt from previous days.

  This place sucks now. This new crew has no personality at all. They don't greet, second time I've come here to one person behind the counter working all 3 stations. I was a long time customer but this will be my last time coming here. These people act as if we have no other options. Btw....been waiting 15 minutes, still nothing!
