  Never order from here. Old lady has horrible customer service. She’ll get your order wrong and blame you for her incompetence.

  Every time I call it’s something different called the other day and asked him about their Tuesday special. He said we have the weekend special today. I said well usually a Tuesday special they said not this Tuesday and 10 minutes later my friend calls and they say oh yeah, we still have the Tuesday special, Food’s not that good to deal with people that aren’t doing their job rather spend my money somewhere else

  Man this place has really went down hill. I loved pizza factory growing up. Walking in here was depressing. Quiet. Tiny area for gaming. The customer service was okay at best. They make there pizza with the same attitude thats painted all-over there face very dull and not very appealing. So I ordered a large pepperoni and a breads ticks with cheese it came close to 40 bucks. The pizza was like a small or maybe a medium stretched into a large. I also didnt order extra well done but I guess it did help hold the pizza shape because it was like eating wet cardboard. The breadsticks with cheese on them we like pinky thin and covered with a thick layer of cheese so if you pick one up you pock up all of them lol. Just spend the extra 4 bucks and go to valley springs and get pizza factory. This place is garbage. But of course the dogs enjoyed it but they to eat trash when they can get into it.

  I don't know what happened to Pizza Factory I've been eating her since I was a kid don't know what they got new owners or what I always get the same thing a barbecue chicken pizza this time it was just cheese and chicken and barbecue sauce usually it has bell peppers tomatoes I will never get a barbecue Pizza there again

  These young men have great. Morals and truly have an amazing place in this type of business.. I am not. A resident I was just passing through and was so impressed with the things that I saw from these young men working here thank you for your pizza factory and my meal was amazing
