  literally this is the best wingstop location ever. it’s my favorite place to go because everything is always on point. the service is super fast and the communication is really good, so you’re never waiting or confused about anything. the food always comes out fresh, really well made, and exactly how it should be — super crunchy, crispy, and full of flavor every single time. the staff is also really amazing and makes the whole experience even better. cindy is honestly the best — she’s always so nice, super welcoming, and makes everything feel easy. overall, the whole team at this location does a really good job and it’s always a great experience going there.

  I've given this place chance after chance, and they still can't get a simple order right. Today around 10:00, I called in an order for 10 classic wings. The employee who took my order confirmed it, so I drove over expecting exactly that. When I got home and opened the bag, I found 10 boneless wings instead. I'm not wasting more gas and time driving back so they can fix a mistake that shouldn't have happened in the first place. This isn't the first time they've messed up my order, and it's getting ridiculous. Don't be fooled with these new reviews, they are giving 5 free wings if you leave good reviews. At this point, they should either retrain whoever is taking orders or replace them with a robot. I have more confidence in an automated phone system getting "10 classic wings" right than the person who answered the phone today. Mistakes happen, but when the same problem keeps happening over and over, it's no longer a mistake—it's just bad service.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff consistently seemed unhappy and unprofessional, and I felt that customer service was lacking throughout the store, from management to frontline employees. Interactions felt unfriendly and unwelcoming, which made for a poor overall experience. Based on my experiences, I would recommend visiting a different location if you're looking for better customer service.

  I was so hungry during graduation and craving Wingstop, so that’s where we went right after. The wait was 40 minutes, but I didn't care. We finally got our food around 10:50 PM. We were exhausted and wanted to go straight home but not before checking for the ranch, since they ALWAYS forget it. Once we got home, we were ready to dive in only to find they completely messed up. They only gave us lemon pepper wings ONLY. No hickory smoked BBQ, and instead of three large fries, we got two mediums and a small. I guess it’s our fault for not checking every single box, but honestly, it shouldn't be on us. #abouttogotosleeponanemptystomach #hangry
