Located in Salinas City Center, The Valley Restaurant & Catering, Inc. is a bar and grill currently serving beer and wine and a casual menu featuring burgers, wings and a hefty list of appetizers. For those with an eye on the waistline, we also offer salmon and other healthy alternatives. Or maybe a fully loaded baked potato or a wedge salad is more your style. We are newly renovated, have the game on one of our 2 TVs, and hope to have you visit soon.
