Very poor customer service. The manager has the attitude that you have to do what he wants and if you don’t then you loose. He has told his employees not to help the customers at the register, instead use the kiosk. Not a lot of customers feel comfortable using the kiosks. I am one of them. I like to deal with people instead of machines. At other Taco Bell’s they offers that interaction, either kiosk or cashier. Not at this restaurant on North Main. The establishment, dealing with a paying customer, has to accommodate the customer’s request. Somebody is at fault and that needs to be addressed and retrain if neccesary. 90% of my working life was dealing with customer service, and believe me when I tell you this place shows a very low customer service. I was not asking for anything for free, which will deserve that attitude and kind of service. I was a paying customer so accommodation was expected…and did not happen. Decided to go to the Taco Bell on Sanborn and the customer service there was excellent. She was very understanding and very helpful and accommodating. Nothing wrong with treating customers with respect. Re-training should be considered for a solution to this discrepancy. If you want to keep customers happy, changes should be made. If you want to loose customers, do nothing and you will loose the business.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I was double charged for my order, and when I brought it to their attention, the situation was handled very poorly. When I asked to speak to a manager, a woman named Irene came out and told me that I would have to wait an entire week for a refund because their system was “down.” That alone is frustrating, but it got worse.
She refused to provide any contact information for corporate, or even the area or district manager, which felt very unprofessional and dismissive. On top of that, the employee at the drive-thru window was argumentative and treated us like we didn’t know what we were talking about, instead of trying to help resolve the issue.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Being double charged is already frustrating, but the lack of accountability, poor customer service, and unwillingness to provide proper support made it much worse. I will not be returning to this location.

Everytime I order from here they manage to forget food from my bag. Doesn't matter how much or little I order. Last time I ordered 2 combo meals and 2 burritos. And they managed to forget my 2 chicken quesadillas.

They tell me 15 minutes into being in line to tell me they can’t take my order, with that effort might of well just take my order. It was mobile order too. Having mobile order available is very misleading when you say you are closed.
