  Locked employee only restrooms, missing menu boards, Broken speakers, but great food. Order ahead and drive through.

  Ordered 3 kids meals for the kiddos, and 2 of them were missing the toys. I went back to ask about them, and the employee gave me attitude like I was bothering him. Then he grabbed 3 of the exact same toy, even though they had around 7 different ones available. It wasn’t even really about the toys—it was the attitude and poor customer service over something that should’ve been an easy fix. Just an overall bad experience. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Sonic location.

  Drive thru person needs to have customer service training again. Was extremely rude when asked about our order cut me off.

  The staff was rude . And no Apologies for making me wait for 30 minutes for my food. They just had my food waiting and getting cold . Then once I got my food they handled it poorly and make a mess in the bag.

  Just about 19 out of 20 times my wife and I have eaten at our Sonic in Salinas the order was wrong when we got it. I always tell them no cheese on anything and when we get the order one or both of the burgers or hot dogs will have cheese. Then we go back to get it right the other burger and fries are cold when we eat. It happened again today. I think we'll go somewhere else to get our burgers. There's a lot around here. I can't recommend this place.
