This place has the worst customer service ever! I asked a female employee to exchange my son's toy for a different one she rudely told me I'm cheating the system and it's against her store policy. I've visited other McDonald's and they are nice and don't ever give us a problem if we exchange a toy for a different one unopened of course. She was rude and we will not come back again.

Be sure to check youre order and get youre recipt. This isn't the first time they have forgotten something . We usually find out once we get home but this time I checked the bag right as they gave it to me because we had a large order. Literally have to empty the whole bag an check everything , sure enough we were missing 2 burgers. Instead of im sorry or let me fix that for you they yelled in the back "check the cameras" !. Super rude . Once we're home we found a hair in One of the burgers That they forgot! . Quincidence ???

We walk in to get some oatmeal, but since we rarely get oatmeal we had to ask at the counter how to find it on the kiosk, so I approach the counter, say “excuse me” one person passes me, then “hi excuse me, do you have oatmeal?” Another person passes… then a third. Finally, I say it in Spanish, “disculpe tienen avena?” Person ignores me. Then a one lady says: “no están trabajando todavía.” (They’re not working yet). I said “yo que sabía?” (how am I supposed to know that.) anyway, she said “ahorita” (in a bit). But the look in her face was like I’m disrupting her taking care of the drive thru customers, while I’m standing inside the store. Since when did drive thru become priority? Since when did customer service become an inconvenience? Maybe since they brought in their e-display kiosk self ordering equipment?!! IDK, but this is why I never come anymore. Reconfirmed my reason to avoid Mickie-Ds! (As it was called in the 90s, a term of endearment no longer deserved.)
