  My brother went in an was treated very poorly an Left due to a hostile environment because a uneducated female worker refused to accept or give back his legal tender which was gold dollar coins he gets directly from the bank when he can for his coin collection it was sad to see a jamba worker refuse demand an verbally attack him over legal money he will be filling a report over the 9 dollars absolutely ridiculous she wouldn’t even examine the coin just said she’s keeping them because they are fake and started acting rude an loud he also offered 20 cash for payment to get said coins back but she still refused an was NOT the manager.

  Been about 3 weeks since I placed an online order. When I stopped by to pick it up, they were closed (3 pm or so) do to last minute building maintenance. Reached out via app to ask about refund, according to District Manager, full refunds were going out in a few days. Been close to 3 weeks and no refund yet.

  Very awful customer service. A bunch of rude Uneducated workers with no manners. The Manager is very rude and has moral extremely low. She's been rude to me the whole time I came to this store. This place is a Disgrace!
