Additionally, the staff engaged in inappropriate behavior, such as using their phones while serving customers. The register operator was also making inappropriate comments towards a female customer who was taking a long time to place an order. The order line manager should take immediate action to address these issues and maintain a professional atmosphere in the establishment.
