  This place is a joke. They never have enough staff. A line will be out the door and there will be one person making the food and ringing people up.

  Every time I come here it’s always an absolutely mess. Crap all over the floors. One person attending to customers and one for the register. They have foul music blasting from the back of restaurant on a Bluetooth speaker. The soda tastes terrible. Mold in the ice dispenser when I inspected but it’s always out of ice, maybe that’s a feature with the black mold infestation. Everyone has a crap attitude. I place the order online and I still have to wait an extra 15-30 min for the order to come out. This is a high traffic restaurant and yet I’m not sure how a store manager or district manager can see that everything is fine. It’s not. You need to staff more people, keep the place clean and be consistent with your product. I’m so sick of this location, I literally started going to the Marina location instead. Chipotle….. DO BETTER. You charge way too much for this kind of service.

  terrible customer service, i had placed an order on thursday june 18 for pick up, turns out the store was closed so i went in the next day see if they could make the order & honor the free quesadilla i had for my rewards, manager went ahead they couldn’t do that which okay fine. then the girl at the register accidentally charged me for guacamole when i didn’t get that i got queso blanco. went ahead and asked to see if they can fix that. manager processed to tell me that it’s the same for queso blanco and guacamole. i tried to explained that it’s not true and should be a lot less since it’s $1.80 as an add on when not pour in the small cups. manager didn’t seem to care and proceeded to say that it was the same.

  On Friday, I ordered two bowls in the app. When I picked it up they were almost empty! Even after choosing extra lettuce and cheese. So disappointing.
