- RYRicky Young3 days ago2.0What even is that. This location isn’t the worst but when they’re bad, they’re bad. Got a 10pc chicken nugget and got blessed with a dih nugget? All 10 pieces were undersized and overburnt. Some of the employees here are fantastic and superb, while some of the other come off like they hate their lives. If you drop a complaint on the Taco Bell app, they don’t care to respond either lol

I was confused a bit with the app and I had Gabriel and Brandy helped me and they were so kind and patient and thoroughly explained everything. Whoever runs this Taco Bell does an amazing job picking employees. 👍🏻 I will be back.
- SSSamanthaJan 9, 20261.0Edit: if I could give 0 stars, I would. It took over a week and multiple emails to the company to get my refund for a product I never even recieved. Ridiculous. I used their mobile app and got one of the freezes and one of the refresco drinks, waited in the Drive-Thru and then when I got to the window was informed that the base for the freeze flavor that I ordered wasn't working so I could have one of the other flavors. I asked for two of the refrescos instead since I didn't like the other flavors of the freezes and apparently that was too much for them to accommodate. Because of a 50-cent difference. Really? it's not my fault your machine is not working and I'm not going to take a product that I don't like because of it. All I was trying to do was grab a drink on my way to work. But thanks for wasting my time, I didn't know that 50 cents would really make or break a corporation. Times are tough though. I won't be back.
