Took 60 min to get one torta, burrito, shrimp cocktail and chicken nuggets.. the simplest things to make. Hopefully you get a chance to revisit this location to reiterate your vision.

We went to watch the World Cup games and the tvs kept freezing. Service was friendly. Plenty of parking. I will probably not go back Also they automatically charged 18% tip for more than 6 people even though we had them bill us separately ( 3 families - total 7 people) we each paid 18% - almost $35 for subpar service

The food quality has significantly dropped, I'm not sure if you changed cooks recently, but the food during my last visit was not the best. On top of that, the younger cook with red hair in the back had a terrible attitude and was cussing the entire time I was waiting for my food | think she assumed I didn't understand her. She needs to focus on her performance rather than talking like that. I receive much better service and food at your Mack and Laguna locations, and I hope this location can get back to that standard.
