    For starters, the employees made the ordering process difficult, customer service was terrible, they were incredibly pushy and critical to me and others, though I would normally say subway is a great place to eat at this place was not the best, food as well like spinach was mixed with other condiments, they seemed to not care whatsoever.

    Service at this Subway location was poor from the start. The employee preparing the sandwiches appeared disengaged, rude, and inattentive, resulting in multiple mistakes. When we politely asked for the order to be corrected, our request was ignored. More concerning was the lack of basic hygiene. When we asked for a misplaced food item to be removed from the sandwich, the employee wiped her face while holding the produce. She then placed that same item back into the clean container used to store food for customers. Food that has been contaminated should never be returned to containers intended for customer use. We also overheard the manager instructing the employee to clean and sanitize the area. The employee refused, stating she did not have enough time. There should always be time for food safety. The manager did offer to remake the sandwich, but by that point we were concerned about cleanliness and potential cross contamination. We chose to leave without our food. Customers should not have to question hygiene standards when ordering a meal.

    Order a foot long Philly. Amount of meat was less than half for about $14 sandwich.

    We went here yesterday to eat while we were in town for my daughter's cheer competition. The first lady behind the counter cutting the bread was very rude and trying to tell me what kind of sauce I had to have on my sandwich. She put the wrong sauce on after I told her sweet onion. She asked if i wanted the meat warmed up I said yes, but please dont toast it. She toasted it anyway. Then bickered with me saying the sandwich come with teriyaki not sweet onion. When I asked her to make it correctly she rolled her eyes and started talking negative about me with the girl next to her. Then went on to tell me let me explain this you to, the sandwich you ordered has teriyaki on it not sweet onion if you want sweet on you must ask for it and it's a second sauce. The second girl with short hair wasn't much better, was also very rude but at least put to correct toppings on. The cashier was cold didn't asked if the was anything else we wanted, we had to ask. We will never go back to this subway ever the staff is down right rude and disrespectful. I'm amazed that subway would allow rude people like this to work in there locations. Management and locations owners need to step up your customers service, remember we the CUSTOMERS are the reason you are open. Without customers your doors will close and your employees will need to find employment elsewhere. Lastly this location wasn't busy when we walked in we were second in line and order 4 6in sandwiches. At least the subway's we go to back home are nice, clean, respectful, and welcoming. Amazing job to the Reno Nevada locations!
