  Was a little skeptical at first because of the reviews but the serve was actually really amazing!! The guy that took our order was amazing and fast. It honestly took 5 minutes for our food to arrive and it was all fresh!! The guy name Rigo that took our order deserves a raise.

  I was in the area and decided to stop by to get a wacky pack. Sonic is doing a collab with sanrio and friends. I thought i come here and try my luck. . Before walking in, I noticed its right next to arco gas. The parking spots to pick up is clean and big. The building was well lit and signage is great. The inside of the store was clean and organized. . Wacky pack order for me to go to is always a cheese burger with extra onions, no salt, with apple sauce and a diet dr. Pepper. The burger is usually good and temperature hot. . Walked in and Ridgo greeted with a friendly smile, with a warm welcome. It was a good vibe. Also he was patient to listen the customer request. Went out his way to go help search and double check for the customer request. Then came back and was informative with the pricing. It was a really good experience for this sonic for me. I want to recognize this young man's (Ridgo) customer service here. Thank you and I appreciate it. Thanks for reading. Hope this helps. Have a yelptastic day.

  While I like getting lost, this is how I found this Somic. Happy accident. Sonic food is consistent, so my corn dog was small, sweet & delicious. Not so the $4.99 large onion rings. Too greasy & tasteless. My partner had an All American hot dog and fries. I had Dr. Pepper (small), & he a large coke. It was a very hot day, so soda a treat. The location shares space with a car wash, so eat & wash. But, we saw someone drive illegally across road which is dangerous. You need to make u-turn from left lane after passing home depot to get there The staff were very nice & we gave tip on our $19.50 bill. Too hungry to take pic, gone in a minute.

  i orders my food via the new app and rewards system. and as i am writing this review its been over 30 minutes since ive been waiting. i will never come here again this is what i get for cheating on the pleasant grove location. my favorite workers i see everyday would never do me wrong like this. shout out to kylee and madison from the pleasant grove location always get my food out to me with incredible speed and customer service. i doubt this location will be open much longer since service doesn’t seem to get any better. i wish i could give 0 stars but for now ig i have to give one. just know i dont mean the one star. very disappointed.

  To me this restaurant appears to have seen the reviews and are making strides to improve! My girlfriend and I stopped here and had an incredible experience, Eithen (or Ethan) took extra time to make sure our order was just right. Additionally, he went above and beyond by taking significant extra time to look for a specifically requested item and delivered it to our car with a smile and incredible attitude. If you’re reading this review, I would definitely give this place a chance! They’ve received bad reviews and took the criticism to heart, it’s clear that they are now focusing on customer, interactions, and food quality.
