  The wait here is crazy. We’ve been there three times, all occasions we’ve waited more than 35 mins. There’s never a lot of people, we always place a mobile order but even with the time being on the app they fail to complete orders on time. Why not get more employees 😖 everyone keeps having the worse experiences, bad food and no compensation. 3 stars for service because I know it’s only two employees in there for EVERYTHING. That’s crazy to me.

  Slow only drive through works no parking lot orders like any other sonic would. They look over staffed but they are still slow. Been waiting for over an hour and my order still came out wrong. They have so many employees looks like in and out in there yet the drive thru line has gotten to over 20 cars long. WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

  Genuinely the worst sonic location I’ve ever been to. Place a mobile order from my house at 4:29, show up/check in at 4:34, and proceeded to wait 45 minutes in a stall watching a shift change happen while other people still get their orders. After speaking to someone through the kiosk and being told to wait a few moments twice, I made the p!ss poor decision to try the drive thru, where I waited for another 20 minutes behind a line of only two cars (one of which purchased a single medium drink), to eventually be handed someone else’s order, and finally receiving my order. Of course it had already been made for quite some time, and the food had cooled enough that even the mozzarella sticks had hardened again. Can’t refund through the app either, so I’ll be asking my bank to charge back the purchase 🤷🏻‍♂️

  The drive thru service took so long at least 15mins and we were the only car at 10:28am you need to hiring more people & faster service I wanted to leave but I had already paid for the food. I was excited about sonic opening up near me but this was the worst service I’ve ever had at one. So understaffed and slow, won’t return to the antelope location. Will have to go all the way to woodland again.

  I got a Sonic Blast and the cup had a hold in the bottom like it was cut with a knife. I walked in for another cup and a lady that worked there couldn't even get me a cup she said I had to push the button for service. I said my daughter's shake is leaking and she went back to her phone. Very disrespectful and bad customer service
