The food was good the wait was mighty long and they got an order wrong and missed an order my grandson had to wait a little longer for his food the staff were kind but they didn't cut the onions very well for a sonic they weren't very fast though the drink did not taste good the fruit punch tasted like flavored water and my grandson was disappointed because It was his first time going to sonic instead of sonic, they should change their name into slow and ick my grandson was very excited and did not get what he expected. In the end, the food came, it was good the chairs were not that comfortable, and there was a lot of sharp edges.I recommend you do not take children under the age of 4 to this restaurant.
It's extremely long to get your order both in the drive through and in line takes a long time.Just to place your order appears to be understaffed or needs efficiency training. Orders are always correct, and staff is extremely friendly.Just takes twenty minutes to order a drink. And get it. The online ordering for drinks needs to be redone. Drinks should be in alphabetical order. And all sizes available without having to scan through everything to find the correct size.

I stopped by around 10:50 PM, and the line was incredibly long. When I finally got to the window, I noticed there were only two employees working. They were handling the drive-thru, walk-in customers, the drive-in stalls, and mobile orders all at the same time.
Despite being clearly understaffed, Gaven provided exceptional customer service. He was professional, patient, friendly, and maintained a positive attitude throughout what looked like a very demanding shift. Even with so many responsibilities competing for his attention, he remained responsive, courteous, and focused on making sure customers were taken care of.
I didn’t get the name of the other employee working alongside him, but both team members were working incredibly hard and doing the job of what seemed like several people. Their teamwork, resilience, and dedication did not go unnoticed.
Gaven demonstrated outstanding professionalism under pressure and a strong commitment to customer service. Employees who can remain calm, efficient, and positive in challenging circumstances are a huge asset to any organization. He deserves recognition for his hard work, and I hope management takes the time to acknowledge the effort that both employees put in during what was clearly a very busy late-night shift.
Thank you, Gaven, for turning a long wait into a positive experience.
genuinely the worst fast food place i’ve ever been to. why would they open this store if they are not ready to serve customers in a fast and efficient manner. why is there no workers in the back. hire more people. train them better. if i could give negative stars i would. i hope corporate sees this and does something about it. this is genuinely insanity. if you can’t provide a service don’t have a store open. it’s taking 20+ minutes for people to get their food. why are we working so slow. idk if this is a worker problem and they can’t work fast enough, or if they just need to hire more people. many people are looking for jobs nowadays. please hire more staff if you want to stay open.
