  First and last time coming to this location. Why having 2 drive through lanes when you can't even keep up with one? Either you need to hire new management and employees or shut down the place. Worst restaurant ever.

  Wait time was very, very long. Apparently we went t a time when the second young lady was on her break but the manager could have been helping during this time! No counter inside, which was disappointing.

  Yesterday, I waited in the drive through for what seemed like an eternity. I had starving kids in the car and someone pulled up behind otherwise I would have got out of line. The car in front got tired of waiting and pulled out and left. Once we finally got our food which was handed to us with a simple "here ya go," it looked days old and disgusting. The kids cheeseburgers didnt have cheese and was just a sorry looking bun and small burger. The mozzarella sticks tasted old and weren't hot. When I looked through the drive through the shake machine looked like it exploded and every counter had stuff dripping down it. The place is dirty, doesnt have enough people working there, and the food was terrible. Never again.

  This place is the WORST. Been in the drive through for over 30 minutes. So long I did a mobile order I could just tell them I was here when I finally got to the window. Then no one answered the voice box someone finally said a minute more and then I waited an additional 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Drove around and parked and went inside. Used the intercom inside and they not only told me I needed to wait even longer but that employee told me if I didn’t like it to put in application. Absolutely horrible.

  I made an online order at 4:58 pm for a small shake and a meal deal. I expected to wait 10 minutes max for my food since there weren’t a lot of cars. I didn’t receive it until 23 minutes later. This is unacceptable and I am disappointed in the staff at this location.
