My experience at Sonic was extremely disappointing. I waited 57 minutes in the drive-thru just to get my food, which is absolutely unacceptable. The service was incredibly slow, the food was not properly cooked, and the customer service was extremely poor. If customers have to wait nearly an hour for their food, at the very least, they should receive properly cooked food and decent customer service. Unfortunately, neither happened during my visit. This was a complete waste of my time and a very frustrating experience. Sonic seriously needs to improve its service speed, food quality, and customer service. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

We ordered our food from inside the Sonic. It took about 15 minutes for our food to arrive. Our burgers were disgusting. We ate the tater tots and threw the rest in the trash. I have never experienced this before at a Sonic. I will never return to that location.

This place sucks. Do not go here. We waited for 35 mins with no one around and they delivered our food to the stall next to us and they just showed up 5 mins prior. And then proceeded to deliver the new person next to us. They don’t know what they’re doing here

This Sonic drive in has the worst service at any Sonic I have visited and I have given them several trys hoping it was just one bad experience. They are incredibly slow getting food out with todays visit taking 40 minutes to get the food delivered to our stall from time it was ordered. Also fries were cold and tasted like they were a day old. If you want a burger the In n Out or Habit in the same shopping center are a better choice. If you just want ice cream you might be okay.
