Waited in line to go thru the drive thru, got up to the intercom tried to order or get a response for 5 mins and figured they were taling orders at the window. When i got to the window he said "he was just about to take my order when i drove off." I said" Okay why not the 5 mins i spent waiting b4 that? Or at least say " tell me to wait ". Well all that aside i asked him to take my order now then. He says no itll mess up what orders he has already taken and has the nerve to tell me drive around and get back in line after i just waited 20 plus minutes!
Horrible customer service at this location i would never recommend going to this establishment.

If i could give it 0 stars I would put in my order at 10am & was sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes & even forgot an item in my order this is ridiculous never coming to this location again rather drive to roseville

**Avoid this place—absolute chaos and terrible service.**
I would give zero stars if I could. The service here is extremely slow, but the real issue is the complete lack of competence and training.
I placed my order at the drive-thru, and it looked 100% correct on the confirmation screen. However, by the time I pulled up to the window to pay, my order had somehow completely changed to something else entirely.
When I pointed out the mistake, the worker wasn't apologetic at all about the mishap and acted like it was no big deal. The entire staff seems completely untrained, inexperienced, and clearly doesn't care about customer service. Save your time and your money—go somewhere else.

I put in a mobile order for 2 drinks and a pretzel, waited after checking in at the stall for 10 minutes, then my name on the screen disappeared. When we pressed the speaker the employee was surprised that we were picking up a mobile order, and said he would bring out the pretzel. When we asked about the drinks, he had no idea we had ordered drinks as well. Ended up taking half an hour to get 2 drinks and a pretzel???

The ONLY reason I gave it this rating is because of Angelita I went in today around 2pm and she greeted us with so much respect and professionalism. She didn’t have us just wait and wonder if the speaker is working like the other workers usually do she acknowledged us and let us know she will be with us shortly. I’ve been here many times only to get my order wrong or rude workers. But this young lady was delightful. Thank you Angelita keep smiling and being kind.
