  Did not like customer service, staff either tired or not wanting to be at work or something but person that helped me at register not friendly at All. But this is most of time I come in to shop , customer service not good staff not friendly.

  Very disappointing experience. There are a lot of people waiting, but only one register is open and the service is extremely slow. No one seems to react or try to improve the situation — people are just standing around waiting and getting frustrated. Today is May 9th, and this problem is still not resolved. Please fix this situation.

  I am submitting a formal complaint regarding what appears to be misleading pricing and extremely poor customer service in your store. A flower bouquet was displayed at $21.99, but when it was scanned at checkout, it came up as $34.99. I immediately informed the cashier that the displayed price was $21.99. Instead of verifying the price or fixing the issue, the cashier told me that if I entered my phone number, the price would drop because it was a “member price.” That statement was false. I entered my phone number exactly as instructed. I was already a member before this transaction, and the price did not change at all. After giving me incorrect information, the cashier did not apologize, did not try to correct the issue, and did not call for assistance. Instead, she casually told me to go ask the flower department and continued with her work as if the problem was mine to solve. That is unacceptable. Displaying one price and then charging a significantly higher price at the register is a serious issue. Whether this was negligence or intentional, it creates the appearance of deceptive pricing. On top of that, giving a customer false information about a supposed membership discount and then dismissing the problem with a cold, indifferent attitude reflects very poorly on your store. The most frustrating part was not only the incorrect price, but the cashier’s attitude — dismissive, unhelpful, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for a problem happening right in front of her. This situation should be investigated immediately: - Why was the bouquet marked $21.99 but scanned as $34.99? - Why was I told there was a member discount when there clearly was not? - Why did the cashier refuse to properly assist and instead push the issue off on someone else? Customers deserve accurate pricing and respectful service. What happened here was neither. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and reviewed by management.
