  Just don’t waste time calling. They will not answer the phone. Could just drive over for what I need but more likely, another grocer will answer the phone before I start the car.

  No hand cart, no shopping carts. What is anyone even doing here? Reply: I am good. I went down the street to a grocery store equiped to handle business. To be clear, this is not about the employees. This is about not having a physical location for hand carts or shopping carts that a customer could access as they walk into the store. Your facility lacks.

  Bakery is mostly empty. Two women behind the counter and it was a bother to them that I asked if they had any French bread. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE ON ELKHORN BLVD.

  I needed help with a last minute catering order so I called the deli department at 7:00 am today asking for help. The women who answered the phone not only accepted my order but made it herself. I am highly impressed and satisfied with the food and level of service provided today. I wish I got her name because she was truly an angel. Thank you!

  this safeway location receives my business on nearly a daily basis. after reading a statement so full of promise, a lot of people think to themselves, "wow! this safeway location must "really* be something special!" i am ever so sorry to disappoint you but this store is... below-average at best. idk what's up with the trash bins directly adjacent to the store entrance but, my goodness, those things to need to be emptied and cleaned out *WAY* more often. i have to hold my breath and cover my face with my shirt as i make a mad dash into the store... i sadly am not exaggerating one bit. those containers absolutely REEK. a repugnant plume of gnats emerge from whenever someone passes by or attempts to place anything more inside the already overflowing waste receptacle. like... those things are so off-putting that they alone are almost enough to deter me from shopping there. unfortunately for me, this location is so location that even such an overwhelming stench isn't won't keep me away, lmao... 😂 some of the employees are abrasive. none of them ho the extra mile for w customer. they all seem to resent having to work there, the evening crew especially. almost everything is under lock and key, which makes shopping there oftentimes a real pain on the butt. alas, i live right next to this place, so i'll keep shopping here for the foreseeable future... but i am not too enthusiastic about it.
