  Upon walking into Ray's, I was greeted by Mr. Frank. He was very friendly & welcoming. It was my first time in & he made me feel like I was one of his favorite customers ❤️❤️ Customer service was friendly, fast, & efficient. The food... DELICIOUS!! I've found my favorite place for chicken 🍗, fish 🐟, & PEACH 🍑 COBBLER ❤️❤️ Looking forward to my next visit, thank you Frank

  Great food that’s made fresh to order with great service. I want to mention that Lela was wonderful—very friendly and welcoming. Additionally, Frank was extremely helpful, even assisting me after I accidentally went to the wrong location. It doesn’t get much better than that.

  I don't know why I bother the crab boils. I do not know why this time I thought it would be different. I actually only went because my other guy wasn't open. He gives you a crab pan your choice of Dungeness crabs or snow crabs red potatoes, corn, sausages, and rice for $43 including tax. His pans be heavy. I knew once I bought the half it you way pan or whatever you call it and the pan was light when I picked it up. It was all bad, and I'll pay $55 Then I look in the pan it's only a few shrimp one little row of corn. 1 cluster of crab 🦀. I don't know if you guys change chefs or so forth but it's not giving. Also the customer service needs to be a little bit better. The girls that were at the counter weren't even listening to my request and giving me the wrong things and things I wasn't asking for. If I could I give it a 0/0.

  Ordered thru Door dash BOGO drumstick special. Why did they just send one order! I had to get out of bed and leave my home for the second order, already charged for Door Dash! She said something about the Boss playing with the tablet earlier. No compensation at all for their mistake like a professional business would do. Very disappointed. Fries were good!

  Dined in at this establishment and they did NOT disappoint! Coming from Natomas to try them out was the Best decision we made as far as craving catfish nuggets. I had the 2 way combo with both catfish nuggets and my daughter had 2way catfish nuggets and shrimp both with fries. While waiting for our food we were watching funny videos and they stay busy with customers coming in and out. Very clean place and spacious. When our food came it was on and popping! The young lady serving us was very friendly and courteous and the gentleman was friendly and attentive checking up on us asking if we wanted extra sauce etc. We left full, satisfied and content! Worth the drive definitely 👍👏👍
