Purple Tree Cafe

Purple Tree Café is a non-profit organization that creates community-based employment for people with disabilities and brings people with and without disabilities together through food, art, and music. Since 2018, we've offered handcrafted vegan and wheat-free baked goods, teas, and other beverages at the Davis Farmers Market and other events in Davis. We also sponsor monthly music events in downtown Davis featuring performers with and without disabilities. ​ In April 2024, we opened our first brick-and-mortar café at the UC Davis MIND Institute in Sacramento, where we plan to continue to expand opportunities to provide employment, food, fun, and a welcoming space for all... where community means everyone.
