  Amazing authentic Pho and unique drinks in Sacramento! My husband and I stopped by Pho Ru and were thoroughly impressed. We ordered the Pho Bo, Matcha Cloud Coconut, and a Vietnamese dessert. - Pho Bo: Easily one of the best Pho places! The broth was remarkably close to authentic Vietnamese flavor—rich, naturally sweet, and without that heavy MSG taste that leaves you thirsty. - Matcha Cloud Coconut: Such a unique and refreshing drink! The flavor profile is really special, and it's something I haven't been able to find back home in San Diego. - Vietnamese Dessert: Generous portion size! It was a bit too much for just the two of us to finish, but very tasty. Highly recommended if you’re looking for genuine flavors and creative drinks!

  I remember the food being better. Perhaps I went in on a Sunday and therefore the food wasn't the greatest. But it's nothing compared to what I remembered this place to be. There's not much of a service as you just get your meal and that that's about it.

  It’s hard to believe this restaurant is still in business. I witnessed kitchen staff pick up food that had fallen on the floor, wash it, and serve it to customers. This is a serious food safety issue. Why hasn’t the health department taken action?

  Food and customer services is okay. Go to noodle fish, the special combination #1 large. It includes a beef bone with it. Overall, decent experience.
