- GHGracie Harrison3 days ago1.0We all know that customer service has gone down hill. However what these businesses needed to remember is that without customers there is no business! I'm tired of spending my money at places that act like you're an inconvenience and the price of the food is sky high. The least you can do is give me what I ask for and do it with grace! And I guess the younger you are the worse the service. My daughter just left Panera at Delta Shore and was treated less than par. The young man at the drive thru window made her so uncomfortable she was afraid to ask for butter for our bread. She was just ready to leave. We did not receive the croutons for our tomato soup. And her grilled cheese was cold and hardly grilled. This was the second time at this location where the service was terrible. And it will be the last. I know it doesn't matter to management or cooperate, but we will never spend another dime of my hard earned money at their establishment. Panera teach your employees the importance of costumer service. Surely you wouldn't want yourself or loved ones to feel unwelcome or as though they don't matter.

I ordered a sandwich and forgot to say no cheese because I’m pregnant and my brain is foggy and they were so sweet and brought out a new one and gave us a croissant even though it was my fault. This is a nice Panera. 😊 Customer service is amazing and the environment is clean and taken care of.
