  The worker refused to take my order she directed me to the kiosk. What is the point of this ? So they have an easier job. You’re getting paid to help me it’s called customer service. Why am I having to navigate a system as if I work here? They have like 20 people working drive through and there is no cars. These people are lazy and just wanna show up and get paid without doing the work they signed up for. What a disgrace

  All I had in mind was nothing but an ice cream cone for my weed infused root beer float. I pull up to an empty drive thru, no cars & fully ready to give my order. I’m at the ordering section and not a greeting or acknowledgment…. crickets. A car pulls up onto the next lane & are immediately taken care of to where they skipped over me. They had an online order regardless, I was still skipped in being assisted even though I had pull up before them. I ended up pulling to the paying window since no one was responding. I see a worker walking atleast twice and still no acknowledgement. Even if she couldn’t take my order there was not interaction to get the transaction going!! I ended up leaving over their lag & took my business to BK where I was able to get my ice cream cone quick n easy. My big back needed this ice cream for my root beer float n McDonald’s just didn’t do it for me :(

  Absolutely terrible I ordered two Filet-O-Fish a shake and a drink and a fry. The only two things they sent me was the wrong size fry and the drink they did not include the shake or two the fillet of fish. Wasted my money and they won't let me get my money back!!! So I was out about $20!!
