  Stopped by the Pocket McDonald’s and had a really pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, patient, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. Service was quick, and my order came out fresh and correct. As a mom of a child on the spectrum, I also appreciate locations that feel calm and welcoming when dining with families. Thank you to the team for the positive experience 🤎🍟

  I’m 7 months pregnant and I had a horrific experience at this location the unprovoked attitudes were baffling , the unprofessional behavior I experienced left me highly upset and enraged. The manager on shift Carla is a poor example of leadership and should be denounced her position for her arrogance and lack of concern for customers I was racially profiled and discriminated against and I left extremely embarrassed because of the way I was treated. Don’t go here if you want good customer service and accommodation on your order they were very confrontational and catty in drive thru and when I walked in they were too busy fraternizing to assist me further and when I complained to manager Carla about over hearing comments made about me she told me to go somewhere else and refused service without even apologizing for her staff

  Whom ever made my hot fudge Sundae 04/18/26 evening shift you need a raise. Best sundae ever. Each time we come to this location the food is so hot and fresh however that sundae was amazing.
