  I’m posting this because I am still in absolute shock and want to warn everyone to stay vigilant. My son and his friends were just robbed while sitting inside McDonald’s waiting for their food. The guys came right up to them and actually snatched his friends' gold necklaces straight off their necks. I’m getting them one star because they know there’s a crime committed in their store but they won’t show the victim the video on the camera.

  The worst personal McDonald’s experience. Ordered a dozen choc chip cookies and chicken nuggets in the drive through. I was asked to wait at window 2 since the cookies were going to take 2 mins. 15 mins later, no one came to let me know that it was going to take longer or the status of our order. So I pulled to the front to go inside and went through more unwarranted experience that I could have gone without today. They need to train their people better to handle these types of situations. SMH!!! A little respect and courtesy for your customers will go a long way. Not revisiting this location again. From the order taking to receiving the order and the front counter, they all need some training to provide the customers with courteous service.

  The very crass franchise owner actually charges extra .15 cents if you want cream or sugar for your coffee. Not nice.

  Was fast but upcharged my drinks wen not asked go get ur nickels somewhere else smh! And gave me no sauce for 4 meals! $40 and no sauce!
