  This restaurant is routinely slow. Especially in the morning. Don't go here in the morning unless you have a lot of extra time to spare without being late for work. The workers move slow. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Then worse you walk up to the counter or pickup area there is no acknowledgement that you're there. No good morning, no we will be with you in a minute ( which for them is about 10 minutes), no nothing. They act like they're doing you a favor. This is definitely the worse McDonald's in Sacramento. You should probably steer clear from it.

  One of the worst Mc Donalds! From rude employees to double fried French Fries. The employees are very rude! Chewing gum while working, GROSS! They basically throw your bags of food at you. Before you can ask for condiments, they have already closed the windows and walked away. They have no idea what is going on with orders. They get confused quite easily. I have NEVER had a hot single cooked order of French Fries 🍟. They are either Double Fried to re-heat what was left in the warmer or cold as winter.

  Went to pick up my food tonight and got the window slammed in my face twice two very rude employees one of them happened to be a manager and didn't want to know there names so hopefully they get restrained for customer satisfaction or fired respectfully

  So bad one of the worst time I try the restaurant, the chicken is not clean and not fresh
