  This store has horrible customer service especially to the youth of the community. They don't allow the paying customers of their community to sit inside and eat their food if they appear to be under the age of 18. If you place a mobile order be prepared to get the run around. Customer service representative Hailey did not have a solution to my problem lying saying the order only goes through when ordered at the restaurant and instead rudely started laughing in my face as her manager Angelica joined in talking in Spanish ( I only know English ) so as to mask them talking disrespectful and avoiding the issue at hand. This has occurred several times and the fact it is accepted and continues has left a bad taste of McDonald's in my mouth and is on the verge of discrimination. According to Google when asked if you can give an order # to someone else to pick up your food the response is this.. "yes, you can. Bypass the gps and provide the code to whoever is picking up." Do better McDonald's ! Corporate feel free to contact me!

  In the soft glow of a late afternoon, I stepped into McDonald’s, not seeking anything extraordinary. Yet there was something comforting in the rhythm of the place—the hum of conversation, the precise movements behind the counter. The meal arrived, simple and honest, like a familiar story told well.

  Management needs to provide better service. Came to eat with my kids and the shift manager called out my order number and made pick up my food at the counter, a few minutes later she decided not call out others people order number and delivered their food to table.
