- PSPatricia SanchezApr 17, 20261.0I guess because one uses a half off coupon they serve you an unacceptable frappe through the drive thru. The Frappe was missing about 1inch of product. When you call as soon as you get your destination Elias and Antonia treat customer as this is acceptable. The drink was 2.50 there is no reason to fabricate such a story but attention needs to brought to the type of service being rendered. Corporate has refunded and apologized for others service and behavior and all my future business will continue to be Northgate Blvd.
