  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, rude and we waited 20 minutes in drive thru for them to answer . NO APOLOGY AND RUDE TO MY OLDER GRANDPARENTS. “people are on break” they are being ran by like 2 people geez horrible LASTLY THE FOOD WAS LUKE WARM BASICALLY COLDDDD

  This McDonalds was okay, they constantly have rowdy customers and unhoused people around which isn’t their fault. They also always seemed to be short staffed, but they still give me my food with a smile and apologize if anything is wrong or I wanted something else! I do think I’m just lucky with the people I encountered doing the drive thru.

  This place always has had service. The employees never want to help you. I've seen older people struggle placing an order in the kios and unfortunately they also make they wait a very long before helping them. The wait it's actually over 20 minutes, for a simple hamburger and fries order. They give their full attention to the drive thru, then the delivery order and lastly the lobby customers. I watched 2 different customers walk out, an older gentlemen and a teenage kid. Also the lobby is always dirty and full of homeless people. Inside and outside begging for money. Honestly, I no longer feel save enjoying a happy meal with my kids like l use to a few years back. This restaurant has poor service, lobby lack of attention and has unsafe environment. I really hope the management would pay more attention to all this mention above. Good luck and I hope you make this a better place!

  Waited 15 min in drive thru line then when I pull up to order. They take the other guys order who has been waiting less then me! Go to Carl’s jr down the street

  I come here often and the best thing about this place is the worker Kevin he does literally everything and I don’t feel he gets the appreciation he deserves other than that this place is awful
