  I went to the location 1721 Howe Avenue, Sacramento, CA. On Sunday April 12th at 3:22 AM. And all workers were hiding below the windows to not provide service. I understand that working fast food overnight is not the best thing to do in life, but your workers are getting paid for it. Wages to work at McDonald have match the one of an ER Nurse, who is constantly rushing to save lives. I also work long hours and I was hoping for a quick meal so I could go to sleep before my next shift. I apologize but this was frustrating beyond words, to find all personnel hiding in order to not provide service… I was trying to get a picture of corporate after seeing the first girl wearing a shirt that signal she was the team lead at that moment, hiding on the first window, and while taking the picture the second girl got up, showing that she was also hiding. I don’t know if this would make any difference on your service whatsoever, but please retrain employees.

  Food didn't taste correctly. Service was good If you walk in and need help you have to yell so someone will come out. Not the staffs fault.

  quarter pounder with cheese came out actually hot and the fries were salty and crispy. drive thru guy was friendly even at 11pm.

  Sometimes really long wait times, the staff are all exceptional ❤️

  I had a 1/4 lb. w/ cheese and large French fry and they are always so polite at this McDonald's location. It is also the one with the fastest drive thru in town.Ive been to alot of McDonald's restaurants, and I would call this one "my McDonald's ".
