The mac and cheese was a complete mess—watery, runny, separated, and looked more like soup than mac and cheese. The mashed potatoes were the same way—thin, sloppy, and clearly thrown together with no care. This was not fresh, quality food. It looked unappetizing and tasted just as bad. The fried chicken itself was overcooked, dry, and hard in parts. For the amount of money I spent, I expected decent food, not something that looked rushed and poorly made. I reported the issue with photos and all they offered was $10 back on a $45 order, which is honestly insulting. That does not fix the fact that most of the meal was not worth eating. Poor food quality, poor customer service, and a waste of money. I will not be ordering from here again, and I would strongly suggest others think twice before spending their money here.
