  Very disappointed with Crispy Chicken. I spent $45 on this order and what was delivered looked nothing like food that should be served to paying customers. The mac and cheese was a complete mess—watery, runny, separated, and looked more like soup than mac and cheese. The mashed potatoes were the same way—thin, sloppy, and clearly thrown together with no care. This was not fresh, quality food. It looked unappetizing and tasted just as bad. The fried chicken itself was overcooked, dry, and hard in parts. For the amount of money I spent, I expected decent food, not something that looked rushed and poorly made. I reported the issue with photos and all they offered was $10 back on a $45 order, which is honestly insulting. That does not fix the fact that most of the meal was not worth eating. Poor food quality, poor customer service, and a waste of money. I will not be ordering from here again, and I would strongly suggest others think twice before spending their money here.

  I went to this establishment yesterday around 6:07 and I don't know if the people that was there were a couple but the lady that was there was giving me very bad vibes like I have sat there and took her man and I'm in my own whole world listening to my music I got back to eat my sandwich and it made me sick it was very well refrigerated but it made me sick on top of that the chicken is not crispy by the name it is not good the only thing that I can say that is good about it is that it is juicy and besides that I will never come back here unless somebody asked me to
