  The food and service were unfortunately disappointing, but I want to give a special shoutout to **Xavier, the manager**. He handled a difficult situation with professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for our experience. He went above and beyond to make things right, and his exceptional customer service deserves recognition. Thank you, Xavier!

  This place has really fallen apart. Drinks took 20 minutes there’s was about five tables not even busy. I ordered a steak med and it canoe out well well done. I told the server and she had it recooked it then came out completely raw it didn’t even look cooked and took another 30 minutes. For being Landry company its so disappointing I lost my appetite and didn’t even eat dinner. Left the place feeling super sad hoping to have a great dinner. Definitely will not be back. Our server Lynda though was amazing and did her best.

  I couldn’t enjoy my food because they kept shouting Happy birthday and sharks are coming or something like that. My daughter who is autistic cannot tolerate loud noises and Happy birthday songs. We had to take her outside to calm her down. It was our First and the last time here. Please to those family who have Autistic kids, do not sit and eat there. Very upsetting place.

  We stopped at Joe’s Crab Shack while on vacation and had such a great experience! We were a little bummed that they didn’t have oysters at the moment, but Jeremiah MORE than made up for it with his amazing service! He was so much fun, had a great personality, and was absolutely excellent with the kids, which always makes a dining experience that much better for us. He kept us laughing and made the whole meal feel fun and relaxed. The food was great, the drinks were great, and the service was even better! Definitely a memorable stop on our vacation. Huge shoutout to Jeremiah for taking such great care of us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  The food at Joe’s Crab Shack was really good, but unfortunately the service took away from the overall experience. When we first ordered, we were told that the boil we wanted was unavailable, but it took quite a while for us to find that out. The service was very slow throughout the meal. My alcoholic beverage took a long time to arrive, and since I was only ordering alcohol, I wasn’t offered any water. I also ordered a side of Diablo sauce that never came. While my wife was still eating, we felt like we were being rushed to finish our meal. Then, when we were ready for the check, it took a very long time for someone to bring it. The garlic bread was also extremely hard and not very enjoyable. The food itself was great, which is what makes the experience frustrating. There were just too many issues with the service and communication during our visit. Hopefully they can improve in those areas because the food definitely has potential to make this a great place to eat.
