  We hadn't been to Joe's Crab Shack in a while. Our experience reminded us that we need to go there more often. The food was fantastic. I especially liked the fish and chips with the yummy hush puppies. Portions are huge so come hungry or plan to have leftovers. Our server, Armando, was great! He was very friendly, knew the menu well and made sure all was well throughout the meal.

  We came in about 9:10 PM. On July first for my grandsons eighteenth birthday. Are server took forever to get our drinks took her forty five minutes to bring my root beer to me , did not keep drinks filled clocked out and left us without a server and without telling us. Never came to check on us once after we received our food to ask how we were doing.Very lousy service. However , we'll give the bartender an A plus for effort

  The food here is absolutely amazing! And I have been to this restaurants multiple times. Unfortunately, this time the service was a huge disappointment. We arrived around 3:50p.m, the restaurant was practically empty. Even so, we were told to wait 7 minutes for a table, which already seemed strange. Waited for 15 minutes but still they took another people first. Bad service please educate your staff. I don’t think I’ll come to the restaurant again.

  Are server Jeremiah was impeccable. Corperate Keeper. Manager was kind as well. Unbelievable quality NY steak and king Crab legs. I dont think the steak was frozen. The cheese cake was fresh and texture on par with high-end five star restaurants. Not joking. Great food preparation, and presentation was picture perfect. Good job to head cook.   Waited 45 minutes before asking one of the waitresses if we could get some drinks and possibly order since we had time to look at the menu. After ordering they brought half of what we ordered and disregarded our appetizers. They did give us 1 complementary drink worth $13. The food overall had good flavor, the potatoes I my broil weren't cooked at all, but everything was seasoned well. Jennifer our waitress, was the best and very apologetic for the issues we encountered. Overall, the chefs nailed the flavor and our waitress was the best. Management needs to either hire more people, or maybe I have my expectations to high for a $300+ bill.
