I ordered a green smoothie and, based on their recommendation, swapped the base for orange juice and added ginger. Their suggestion completely elevated the drink; it came out flavorful, refreshing, and much better than what I originally had in mind. What impressed me most was how attentive and accommodating they were throughout the process, even offering to remake the drink if it wasn’t up to my standards. That level of customer service made me feel genuinely taken care of. While the price point is a little high, the quality of the experience and service made it feel worthwhile. Highly recommend.

They were closing shop up for the night when I arrived, so I asked if it would be okay if I ordered something. They said it would be fine. This was my first time at a Jamba store and I was a bit astounded at all the options they have for juice drinks, smoothies, health shakes, healthy desserts, and other stuff. Eventually, I got an Electric Ice Dragon Fruit lemonade topped with a bolt of blue spirulina. It was delicious and very refreshing as a post-workout drink. Also ordered some of their chicken empanadas, which were given to me seconds after pulling them from the oven/microwave, and they were delectably hot and tasty. They did have hot sauce and other condiments. The staff were super friendly and provided excellent service, especially Chloe, who was very gracious in giving me time to consider the menu and in promptly filling my order once I ordered.
