  The staff at this location are AMAZING. I came in around noon, the place was packed. But the workers were knocking orders out left and right, communicating with each other and the customers. It was really impressive to see.

  We hit up this location whenever we are in the mood for a smoothie. We heard about their new sandwich melts they are testing and wanted to see how they were. The service from Chloe and Megan was as excellent as always, very little wait time, everything we ordered was correct. The melts are assembled and cooked to order and were absolutely delicious. I'm hoping more people buy them so they stay on the menu for good, cause that was a tasty sandwich!!

  I came here 2 months ago got a small peanut butter mood and medium they mess up on both I waited 25 mins for drinks and they bot was not right I call talk to Rainer she apologized said come in when I can my name be in book so I came a moth later the rude unprofessional Store Manger Megan McCargo was there she was making drinks I told her I wanted change one of flavor til a different one and make it large I pay different she made a big fuss about it and said it had to be same flavors I got before just rude if they would of made my drinks right from the beginning I wouldn't be here nowso I'm so done with this location 2447 fair oaksshe do not deserve to be store manger she's arguemental with customer shame on her know your position and job title Rainer was on lunch

  Wonderful customer service and my drinks are always made perfectly, the pretzels are also very delicious. The employees that work in this location are kind, respectful and never fail on giving me flawless service each time I visit there is also a chance they make extra amount of your smoothie if you order a large, then they pour the extra amount into a tiny cup to go with your large cup. I 100% prefer this location over the Arden/Howe location.
