- AVAna VargasJun 23, 20261.0I visited this location on 6/22/2026 at approximately 8:25 PM. When I opened the door, I noticed that the employees had already started cleaning, and the stools were placed on top of the tables. I asked if they were still open, and the female employee kindly took my order. The male employee prepared my order. I ordered a Large Açaí Primo Bowl, but when I received it, I noticed the bowl was only about halfway full (see attached photos). In my opinion, this portion was not worth the $13.00 I paid. I have visited other Jamba locations, and the bowls have always been filled to the top. This experience was disappointing and made me feel like I did not receive the value I paid for. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return to this location.

They ended up letting me take the extra of my smoothie and put it in a small cup for my 3 year old and that gesture means a lot to me. Thank you all so much! Great customer service. 👍🏻
