  I visited this location on 6/22/2026 at approximately 8:25 PM. When I opened the door, I noticed that the employees had already started cleaning, and the stools were placed on top of the tables. I asked if they were still open, and the female employee kindly took my order. The male employee prepared my order. I ordered a Large Açaí Primo Bowl, but when I received it, I noticed the bowl was only about halfway full (see attached photos). In my opinion, this portion was not worth the $13.00 I paid. I have visited other Jamba locations, and the bowls have always been filled to the top. This experience was disappointing and made me feel like I did not receive the value I paid for. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return to this location.

  I ordered a pretzel and a small smoothie, large smoothie and the three ladies that helped me were so kind and sweet. They ended up letting me take the extra of my smoothie and put it in a small cup for my 3 year old and that gesture means a lot to me. Thank you all so much! Great customer service. 👍🏻

  Everything was fine until drink was made the young lady who took my order was very pleasant however the young lady who finalized the drink after having numerous conversations an not paying attention to detail she was upset having to split my drink into 2 cups then ran out of lids and the demeanor and attitude was very visible.

  Went to get a couple bowls and a smoothie and they were out of both strawberries and blueberries. Kind of annoyed since strawberries are the main base to most products.
