Not sure how this place gets such high reviews, maybe those people have 30 minutes or longer to sit in Jamba Juice and wait on their order. This is the slowest Jamba Juice ever. Every time you go in, no matter how empty this place is, there is at least a 20 minute wait. Terrible management here.

Ty the manager is always very efficient and kind. No complaints about the food or drinks, they turn out perfect, however i believe the atmosphere could be a little more inviting. Being in the hospitality field i believe first impressions are key, i think because they tend to be so busy they forget to engage and interact with the guest. People will come back to a place they feel welcomed in, and there is room for improvement. With that said Ty is doing an excellent job there!

I had a very disappointing experience with Jamba Juice. My husband was there with our 5-year-old son and was planning to purchase something. Before placing the order, my son needed to use the restroom, so my husband asked if he could take him first. He was told that he needed to make a purchase before our son could use the restroom. My husband was already planning to order, but our son is only 5 years old and urgently needed to go. I understand that businesses have policies, but I find it very disappointing that a young child would be denied restroom access simply because the purchase had not been made yet. There should be some compassion and common sense when it comes to a 5-year-old needing to use the restroom. This experience left us with a very negative impression of Jamba Juice.
