- TPTay PerJun 30, 20263.0I used to like coming here but this last time I went, it was a weird vibe. I dont know if the guy was the manager or what but he had a lot going on so I was waiting a while for him to take my order. I wanted to pay with cash. Also, I asked if I could have the extras of my smoothie after he made it. He said it cost 50 cent. I've never been charged extra for something I already paid for. I dont know if thats a California thing or just this location but that rule needs to be thrown out. I already paid $11 so just give me ALL of my drink instead of wasting it and throwing it out.

I was having a hard day and I have really low blood sugar and I really was feeling woozy. She noticed and couldn’t wait any longer to help me. The conversation she had with me while I got back better was amazing she really kept my mind off of it. I want to say I appreciate customer service representatives like this because we are lacking this in the community. I thought it was dying more or so…. But today she changed that. So thank you saneya Walter’s keep doing what’s your doing your amazing!!

It made me feel singled out and unwelcome. I hope management takes customer treatment more seriously and ensures everyone is treated fairly and respectfully.
