  My son has discovered Jamba Juice and is obsessed. Ana from this location was so kind and sweet, my son popped out of his shell with her outgoing happy presence! Great staff thank you!

  visited the establishment shortly after 2:30 on a Wednesday afternoon to redeem my smoothie bowl, which served as a refreshing treat on this extremely hot summer day. The customer service was generally commendable, with staff actively promoting their new lunch sandwich options, which I am looking forward to trying during a future visit. Although there was a minor miscommunication regarding the toppings for my bowl, the staff kindly offered an extra side of honey, which resolved the issue efficiently without requiring a remake. My only dissatisfaction was that once I pulled over to enjoy my shared treat with my mother, we discovered the waffle bites were slightly overcooked, resulting in a crunchier texture than usual. My mother suggests considering activating the air conditioning in the lobby during warmer days, as the waiting area felt somewhat humid. Overall, our experience was generally commendable. We're grateful for their kindness and encourage future customers to show appreciation with a gratuity when service exceeds expectations.

  This place used to be really good quick with service and everything but now I see they need to hire more staff, especial in the mornings and evenings it takes them over 20 minutes to make an order and over 10 minutes to place an order because they don’t have enough help.. and they don’t even greet you to let you know “hello I’ll be right with you”. They just let you wait until they’re ready. Very unfortunate And this is the second time I went in and this has happened, And The Staff move so slow🥴. i’m just gonna go to a new location moving forward but just wanted to put my two cents in.
