  It was an extremely busy night at their DOCO location, but we were excited for some treats and knew it would be worth it, so we waited in the long, out the door line for about 45 minutes. The first thing we wanted was a smoothie. They told us they weren't making them right now. So we picked something different. Then I asked for a latte. They told us they weren't making those either. When I asked why, out of curiosity, it was because they were too busy. 🤔 We waited almost an hour only to be told we couldn't order what we wanted off the menu. Not because anything was out of order, but because they were busy. It doesn't make sense to have such an extensive menu if you'll only make make less than half the items when you get busy. There were no signs or anything. If we would have known we would not have wasted our time. The girls could have been friendlier about it too. But based on other reviews, I see that's a pattern here.

  I went to the ice cream shop and I wanted to get an ice cream bar like they have on their menu. The lady tells me they don’t sell them. I was very confused cause it’s on the menu but she is saying they don’t sell them. This was my first time here and I just wanted something small. I think she didn’t want to get it for me because the menu says they have ice cream bars. I’m not sure what was going on but I think they should update the menu if they don’t “sell” ice cream bars.

  Was there yesterday during my graduation, went in the store to finish up a phone call then order. Im not in 20 seconds before some guy in a black shirt behind the counter is looking at me like I committed a crime asking rudely if he can help me. I just left the store and didn't bother ordering. I get it, it's outside busy and you don't people loitering, but there was like 1 other customer in the store. Least he could do was be nice about it. I also don't know why you had only 1 other person on staff for an event with thousands of people lined up.

  Customer service here functionally didn’t exist on May 15th. The person behind the counter acted like customers were an inconvenience. He was incredibly short, rushed, and oddly demanding for someone whose job is to serve people. To make it worse, he was muttering under his breath loud enough to hear, which came across as openly rude and hostile. The entire interaction felt so uncomfortable and unwelcoming that I walked out without ordering, despite specifically coming in for ice cream. It takes real effort to make someone lose their appetite for ice cream, but this location managed it.
