  Customer service here functionally didn’t exist on May 15th. The person behind the counter acted like customers were an inconvenience. He was incredibly short, rushed, and oddly demanding for someone whose job is to serve people. To make it worse, he was muttering under his breath loud enough to hear, which came across as openly rude and hostile. The entire interaction felt so uncomfortable and unwelcoming that I walked out without ordering, despite specifically coming in for ice cream. It takes real effort to make someone lose their appetite for ice cream, but this location managed it.

  The old head that was working in the front got upset with me due to the fact after standing there for a few minutes waiting to be served, I ended up not wanting anything. My friend was waiting for me at the table they had inside & I was walking towards her to tell her let’s go, he starts yelling at us saying “Well the table is for paying customers only” he was wearing a black and creme shirt and it happened at 1:35pm on may 15.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Häagen-Dazs location. Online it says pets are welcome, but when I walked in with my dog, the employee behind the counter immediately yelled at me to get my dog out and said they weren’t allowed. The way it was handled was unnecessarily aggressive and rude. What made it worse was that he then yelled directly at my dog to go outside, which was completely unprofessional. If there are specific rules about pets, they should be clearly communicated and enforced respectfully—especially when the signage says otherwise. Overall, the interaction felt hostile and confusing. Definitely not the kind of environment you expect when stopping in for ice cream.

  Sweet food cravings fulfilled. Employees were very nice and service was quick and great.
