- AHAnne Hemmerling3 days ago5.0First time to Five Guys this afternoon. Took my son- told the staff we had never been and the two young ladies at the counter explained the menu and how everything worked. Really friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was clean. The bathroom was immaculate and the manager on shift checked in with us mid meal. Really a great impression. Food was great and the customer service was excellent- sad to say that is not commonplace anymore in most establishments. We will definitely be back- I hope your owner looks up who was working this afternoon because they are a really nice team.

Grilled onions were also partially raw and not at all chared in any way. Most Pickles were mostly end pieces and hard. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION ON CROCKER. Can see why it's 3.9 stars. Will second it up when my wife reviews shortly. 👎 $40 for that experience too. 🤬

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
