  Acabo de ir hoy domingo 23 de agosto 2026 y NO quisieron venderme una orden de meal para dos, porque según solo se vendía con cupón . Es ilógico y estupido que den esa razón!!!!

  The food is soooooo good! We got it delivered and I can eat it all day long! The chicken is about as perfect as possible, and the salsa is so juicy!

  La comida perfecto, lástima que el servicio es pésimo en dos ocasiones últimamente he venido y la actitud de las cajeras dejan mucho que desear, así es difícil comer sin hacer corajes espero y tomen en serio las opiniones por qué en lo personal es para que mejoren pero en fin #pollo loco sucursal northgate

  Honestly, it is the most delicious chicken I have ever eaten; I highly recommend it. The place is very clean, and the staff are very friendly. I hope they continue to serve people with that same attitude.

  On 7/28/26 before 9pm , my wife had the worst experience. The male at the drive thru was so rude and unprofessional towards my wife cutting her off speaking over her, so unacceptable. My wife had a recent medical event and she called me crying about this horrible incident. We have been long time customers at this location. And never been treated this way, and to top it off the order was incomplete. I called and talked to the shift manager Allison who apologized and was very courteous and helpful, but the male working the drive thru needs some disciplinary action.i will be contacting the store manager about this.
