- MRMatthew Roy5 days ago2.0I am extremely dissatisfied with this location. On 10/19 at approximately 6pm I placed a large order form the drive through. Upon my arrival home with 3 hungry kids I discovered that my order wasn’t complete. I called the store to rectify the issue and was treated extremely poorly by the female who answered the phone. Rather than address the issue she simply punted and said someone else would have to address it at a later time and then essentially hung up on me. When I called back the phone was answered and just left off the hook. This is extremely childish and unprofessional conduct. I am a regular customer who probably comes 3x a month because I love the food. However, this is an extremely concerning customer service issue. I have literally done nothing wrong…there are some major HR issues that need to be addressed my ownership and corporate.

My chipotle buttito and bowl has way too much rice and not enough of anything else. The one on Northgate Blvd is good. The one on folsom seems be skimping on the ingredients and using rice as a filler. Even the tortilla wrap was not cooked well.
