- JCJean CoughlinOct 10, 20261.0I ordered the 3 piece meal upgraded to 2 breasts and a wing and had a coupon. Got home and had 1 breast and 1 wing with 2 shredded corn tortillas that were unusable. I called and they offered to replace the meal but I didn't feel like going back out again. Very disappointing.

When we got to the window, the manager had taken over the transaction and seemed to be reprimanding the drive thru person who took our order, which was maybe necessary. We got home, the chicken on our salad was dry and much of it was blackened. The tostada bowl was over fried and smelled like the oil needed to be changed. Salsa was missing from the bag. We've definitely had much better experiences there, but not today. It will be a while before we go back.

When I came back after work to find out why I was charged twice but only given 1 order they wouldn't refund me tried to blame Doordash, I told them I picked up my order and why didn't I receive both orders. They admitted it was 2 orders and I only received 1. So why couldn't I get refund for food I didn't receive. The two managers I spoke were absolutely no help! I called the corporate line and was told I had to wait a few days to hear back from someone and still no refund!
