    Ordered on the app and got there two minutes before my order was ready. I waited 20 minutes and my drink wasn’t even properly made. Keep in mind I’m pregnant and I’m sweating for waiting that long in line. What is the point of ordering on the app if I still have to get in line and wait this long. Worst Dutch Bros experience ever. I’m literally in pain right now!! Why is my drink chunks of ice and not blended properly???

    Love Dutch bros. Great customer service! Love their different blends of energy drinks. Employees always helpful with suggestions about different drinks to try. Always helpful and pleasant.

    Very disorganized location. Nobody managing the line outside, so people were cutting and causing other people to get mad. We got the wrong drinks.
