    Since when is dutch charging extra for soft top on the campin freeze and charging extra on the pitch prefect caramel for the caramel drizzle when the pictures shows the beverages with it. I had to pay an additional $2 each for the beverages to make it look like the picture.

    The crew loves dutch bros and wanted to make a pit stop post festival since we were in town. Unsure what’s going on at this location, but one employee or MOD had the worst attitude when taking our order. We did our best to not make any complicated orders since we all work in the service industry, but giving our driver a rude attitude and certain faces with no explanation and taking someone else’s order with a polite quirky tone is confusing. Our driver ordered kindly and we’re just weirded out by the lack of kindness in return. We weren’t given a receipt and could also hear that employee talking about our order to the drink maker. I wouldn’t even do think about doing that while the window is open and showing open disregard towards us. ***Grateful to the drink maker in the purple hoodie who was an absolute delight and helpful in ensuring everything was correct.

    I wish they had pick up windows for mobile orders. I always get stuck behind someone who orders 5 things, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. You’re waiting there for 10 minutes and then they don’t have your order ready.

    This Dutch bros has genuinely the rudest people ever working there. I have been to this location 3 different times trying to give it a chance because I understand workers can have bad days but damn dude. First time I went I asked for a blended lemonade; for a drink that’s usually a rebel, which they are capable of doing, I do that because I have a heart condition and can’t have caffeine, I explicitly told her 3 times, I wanted a lemonade and I got a rebel. I literally had heart palpitations at work due to this. I genuinely felt like I was going to have a heart attack at work, by the time I had found this out I couldn’t go back to fix it. The second time I went, the girl helping was just so rude, like I get it man, sometimes you don’t want to be at work, and I’d also get it if it was closing and I came in late, but dude , this was in the middle of the day and I’m getting attitude like what .. and the third time was today, again, girl was super rude, not the same girl I don’t think but man, she didn’t even say hello and gave me a face and also never asked what size just handed us smalls of the drinks and didn’t even correct or acknowledge it even after I said that, just said have a good day and shut the window bro.. I get not liking your job but why must you take it out on me :( I just wanted my drink I’m truly disappointed by this Dutch bros I’m not going to stop drinking Dutch obviously but I would definitely not recommend this one at all, LIKE AT ALL, unless you want terrible customer service and if you have heart conditions like myself risk of getting sick had to literally make my passenger drink my drink before I could just out of fear that they would get it wrong again anyways that’s my rant and opinion hope the people working there feel better or something but ya :3 (also I was never rude or anything to the customer service workers if anyone is wondering I’m usually very understanding and polite and so I don’t see why I still got treated with such disrespect)
