- MMMadelyn McFallMay 12, 20262.0I had a really disappointing experience at the Dutch Bros on Florin. I ordered a large green tea, extra sweet, with fruit flavors, but the drink was not sweet at all. I had ordered the same drink the night before with no issue, so I decided to spend my time going back through the line to get it remade. Unfortunately, the customer service made the situation worse. There was no apology or effort to fix the issue kindly. The employee outside started questioning how many scoops of sweetness were supposed to be in it and then mixed up the flavors I wanted, which confused me even more. When I tried to clarify, she seemed irritated instead of helpful. When I got to the window, the employee took the drink back, but again, there was still no apology. After remaking it, she asked with an attitude, “Is this sweet enough?” The new drink ended up tasting even worse and was way more watery than the first one. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of apology, the attitude, and the poorly remade drink made the experience really frustrating. I usually enjoy Dutch Bros, but this visit was disappointing enough that I would not want to return to this location.

We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
